Service: Sewer Rehabiltation
The integrity of pipework systems is constantly challenged, pipelines may crack and joints may fail as a result of; ground loading, subsidence, root infiltration, corrosion, erosion or faulty installation. Excavation to replace failed drains, sewers and chambers invariably involves deep excavations and lengthy project completion times resulting in substantial disruption to the system, its users and the local community.
At Onsite India we have extensive hands on experience in successfully dealing with ALL TYPES of pipes rehabilitation, with our core specialty being SEWER & PIPE LINING SERVICES using state-of-the-art trenchless No Dig Technology.

All of our engineers are trained to the highest standards required in today’s international pipe rehabilitation market.
Service: Inserted Hose Pressure Pipe Rehabilitation
Inserted Hose Pressure Pipe Rehabilitation is rapidly emerging as the preferred method for prolonging the life of failing pressure lines.
Using a combination of thermoplastics and re-enforcements it is suitable for use in potable water lines, gas lines and high temperature industrial effluent lines.
It is fast and easily installed with a minimum of equipment and no chemicals.
The pipe is cleaned and inspected prior to insertion. The new inserted hose is winched into place and special end fittings are applied to each end.
Installations of between 20 meters and 5000 meters are possible in one operation.
